How to measure your dog? 1
Measure your dog neck. Use a measuring tape and place it around your dog’s neck (point A on the picture - same position as the collar use to be). Place two fingers between neck and tape then measure the circumference.
If you don’t have a tape, take an old collar, place the collar flat and measure with a ruler (do not include buckle when measuring).
All our collars are measured without the buckle. This provides you the exact measurement of the collar when worn.
Measure the broadest part of the chest. The broadest part of a dog's chest (point B on the picture) is usually right behind the armpits. Wrap the tap measure around the chest and over the back. Make sure that you do not pull the measuring tape around your dog too tightly. It should be snug, but not tight.

Use the measurement to find the right size. Write down your dog's measurement and take this information with you to the pet store. You will need this information to figure out the best collar or harness size for your dog. First, look for a collar or harness that is about two inches larger than the measurement you took.
If your dog is between sizes always get the bigger size. You can always adjust the collar or harness to make it fit tighter, but if it is too small then you may not be able to use it at all.

Measure back length
In all products the back length is adjustable.
For dogs with an elongated body, this parameter is very important. The harness should not rub the armpits, the straps should be on the chest.

The harness should fit tightly around the dog, not dangle. But it should not press or rub anywhere. The dog's movements in the harness should be free.
