Delivery

We deliver worldwide and we send all our orders with Latvian Post, UPS, Omniva or DPD and their partners.

Your order will be delivered directly to stated delivery address or to the closest pick up location.

The delivery time can vary depending on flight connections and customs clearance. Please contact us at: info@punkypaws.lv if you haven’t received your order within 20 working days from order confirmation.

Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. We don’t accept returns or make refunds on custom made collars, leads or engraved name tags and collars.

For dogs with an elongated body, this parameter is very important. The harness should not rub the armpits, the straps should be on the chest.
